Current checkout status
BaziRoute membership checkout is not currently open. No subscription can be purchased while the pricing page displays “Checkout coming soon.” This policy becomes relevant only when checkout is explicitly enabled.
Renewal and cancellation
A membership is intended to renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. The renewal interval, price, currency, tax and next charge date must be shown in Creem checkout before payment. Cancelling stops future renewal. Access normally continues through the end of the period already paid.
Signed-in customers can use Manage billing from the BaziRoute account page to open the Creem customer portal. Cancelling the subscription does not automatically delete the BaziRoute account.
Refunds and billing errors
Cancelling after access has begun does not automatically create a refund for time already used. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized transactions, billing errors and qualifying consumer-law rights are handled separately. Where a refund is approved, Creem processes it back through the original payment method.
Contact BaziRoute with the subscription email, plan, approximate charge date and Creem order or invoice ID if available. Never email full card numbers, passwords or other payment credentials.
Merchant of Record
Creem acts as Merchant of Record for approved subscriptions. Creem is intended to process payment methods, applicable tax, invoices, receipts, refunds, disputes and customer-portal billing actions. BaziRoute does not store full card details.
Account deletion
An account with a usable membership cannot be deleted until that membership is cancelled. Deleting the BaziRoute account would otherwise remove the local mapping needed to manage future renewal. After cancellation, the account danger zone can be used to permanently delete eligible account data.
