Data controls
BaziRoute provides self-service export and deletion for signed-in account data. The current limits are listed here instead of being hidden behind a support request.
1 · Access
Signed-in users can download a JSON file from the account page. It includes account metadata, profiles, saved chart snapshots, generated report jobs and chapters, AI follow-up conversations, compatibility reports, AI usage, session timestamps and deletion request status.
Open account2 · Remove
Each saved chart can be permanently removed from the account page. Deletion removes the active saved record; it does not alter an already downloaded PDF or JSON export.
3 · Account
The account danger zone requires typing DELETE. An active membership must first be cancelled so the local renewal mapping is not lost. Deletion revokes active sessions and removes account, profile, chart and related active records.
4 · Records
A completed deletion record and audit action may be retained without the original email address. AI usage rows are detached from the deleted user and remain within the published retention period because they contain no chart or birth data.
Cloudflare D1 provides automatic point-in-time recovery for a limited period based on the active Workers plan. A deleted account is no longer served by the production application, but historical recovery state cannot be edited per individual account. If disaster recovery restores a database, completed deletion records are reapplied so deleted accounts do not return as active.
Read Privacy PolicyBaziRoute does not sell personal birth or account data. Product analytics are aggregate counts by public path and event name, without a cross-site visitor ID.
